OUR VIRTUAL TOUR SERVICES

We pride ourselves on providing quality, high resolution, virtual tours, and we strive to bring you the best product possible. We don’t try to be the cheapest, but we do try to give the best value for money, at a reasonable price, without compromising quality. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.

One of the main reasons that we are able to provide such quality is that we are photographers, first and foremost, so we know exactly what needs to be done to capture high quality images for a 360° virtual tour. We are not a multimedia service company, nor web designers, we are professional photographers and we do one thing and, we hope, do it well.

We do not use single shot 360° cameras as the resolution is simply not good enough, we use professional DSLR cameras and lenses. We take a number of high resolution images, which varies depending on the scene, and these are then retouched by hand ready to be stitched together into a seamless panorama. As photographers we don’t rely on software to try and correct errors in photography or stitching, we ensure that the images are shot to the highest degree in the first place, making the job of stitching together so much easier, and the final result so much better.

Quality is paramount, so we do not charge extra for HDR (High Dynamic Range) imagery, all of our panoramas are shot to this standard. Our panoramas are also full 360°, including floor and ceiling, so you get the full experience without any blurred floors or floor caps to hide any holes in the panorama.

All images are retouched, colour graded, inspected by hand at every stage, and the completed tour has a full walk through, with a further inspection of each panorama to ensure it meets our standards; all post production is performed using colour calibrated monitors.. All our virtual tours are HTML5 compatible.

Our 360° tours are bespoke and fully customisable based on your requirements. Each 360° panorama can contains links, hotspots, popup images, info sheets, contact details, map locations, floor plans, video, directional audio, and more.

Virtual reality ready, all of our 360° tours can be viewed using VR headsets for a fully immersive experience.

There are no fees for you to access your tour, you are free to host it on your own website, or we can host it for you. Standard hosting is free of charge, and we have a premium hosting option, which is faster, available for a small annual fee. This ensures that you are not locked in to paying ongoing costs in order to use the tour you paid for.

THE PROCESS

• We discuss your requirements, decide what is best suited to your and your business, and thenprovide a quote

• A 30% deposit secures your booking, and we then plan what we are going to shoot, and when

• On the day of the shoot you should ensure the location is exactly how you would like it photographed, eg cleaned and tidied. We are happy to provide advice regarding staging the scene, but everything should be as ready as possible for when we start in order to save time and limit disruption to you. We will operate with as little disruption to your business as possible

• We will photograph all the scenes which takes, on average, 15-20 minutes per scene. This can sometimes be shorter or longer depending on light levels and complexity

• Upon completion we ensure that all images are backed up to multiple locations for security

• The images are then processed back at our base and your virtual tour created, incorporating interactive features that have been agreed

• Once competed we will give you access to the tour for your approval. Average turnaround time is between 2 and 10 days, depending on size and complexity

• Upon payment of the balance your 360° virtual tour will be made live.

• Returning customers benefit from a 10% discount.

As professional photographers we are fully insured and carry £5,000,000 public liability insurance.
