Running toward the finish line
Cambridge, UK. 7th May 2017. Warm but cloudy weather didn’t stop competitors taking part in the Wings for Life World Run in Cambridge, which is run simultaneously around the globe. The run is a global event, and is started simultaneously around the globe. Competitors start running and after 30 minutes they are followed, slowly, by a ‘catcher car’. When the car catches the runner, their race is complete. In this race, the finish line catches you. Wings for Life World Run is a charity event, and all proceeds from the run go directly to spinal cord research. © Paul Warburton
